How to read your final documents?

• Pick-up time to be confirmed: the pickup time will be informed on-site by us or your local guide.
• Shared Service: you will be sharing the tour/transfer with more people.  There can be a delay of a few minutes in the pick-up, we have a tolerance of 15-20 minutes for pick-ups.
• Presentation Time: Transfers are not included and you should make your way to the meeting point indicated in this document. 
• Type of service: Private, Semi-Private, Shared. Where it states that you have a “Shared Service” means that you will be sharing the tour/transfer with more people so there can be a delay of a few minutes in the pick-up. We have a tolerance of 15-20 minutes for pick-ups.
