According to what you have agreed with your travel advisor, you will receive an e-mail to complete your final payment.
After the final payment is in-house an processed, we will send your final travel documents. These will include all the information you will need during the trip: pick-up times, the name of each supplier at the destination, and contact numbers.
We strongly recommend that you purchase insurance. Travel insurance helps protect against unforeseen emergencies which can occur at any time. That is why we have partnered with Faye Travel Insurance, underwritten by the United States Fire Insurance Company. The Faye plans offer:
- Trip cancellation: In the event you need to cancel due to covered reasons, including if you get sick, contract COVID-19 or a travel provider goes bankrupt, etc... You can file a claim to recoup your prepaid non-refundable trip costs.

- Travel Delay: When you are stranded in transit due to reasons outside your control such as flight delay, illness, or theft of passport.
- Emergency Medical: If you experience sudden illness or injury while traveling and require treatment or hospitalization.
- Emergency Medical Evacuation: Provides coverage for transportation in the case of illness or injury that is acute.
- Baggage Delay or Loss: Provides reimbursement for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings including luggage, clothing, and personal items.
