How to read your final documents?

  • Pick-up time to be confirmed: the pickup time will be informed on-site by us or your local guide.
  • Shared Service: you will be sharing the tour/transfer with more people.  There can be a delay of a few minutes in the pick-up, we have a tolerance of 15-20 minutes for pick-ups.
  • Presentation Time: Transfers are not included and you should make your way to the meeting point indicated in this document. 
  • Type of service: Private, Semi-Private, Shared. Where it states that you have a "Shared Service" means that you will be sharing the tour/transfer with more people so there can be a delay of a few minutes in the pick-up. We have a tolerance of 15-20 minutes for pick-ups.

SIM Cards
eSIM is the evolution of SIM cards, also known as virtual SIM. It consists of a hardware part that is factory soldered into the cell phone and a software part that is used to download the line information to the device.

City Taxes: Most important citiees usually charge an extra fee per person per night. The price depends on the number of nights, city and category of the hotel. This can only be payable at the front desk. If you need to know the specific ammount in advance please contact your Guest relations agent.

National Parks Entrances Fee: In most cases, entrance fees are not included in the packages. You can always get them upon arrival, but we highly recommend purchasing them in advance to avoid any delays.

City Tax: 1.5 USD per guest per hotel and varies depending on the hotel category. This fee can only be paid at the hotel in cash.

These fees can only be paid in the equivalent of local currency or dollars in cash.

South America is home to an incredible culinary scene. If you'd like to dine at popular restaurants, we recommend making reservations in advance, especially in major cities and during peak travel seasons. If you require assistance for any reservation ask your guest relations.
